I am a seasoned counselor with over 35 years of working with individuals and couples. I work with persons of many different faith traditions, and you are free, but not obligated, to discuss how your spirituality or religion manifests itself as you work through your current challenges.

I bring a flexible and eclectic approach to my work depending on your needs. Some issues that I have had a lot of experience with include life stage adjustments, career changes, relationship challenges, separation and divorce, depression, anxiety, clergy challenges, retirement, changes in health, and sexual identity.

Licensed in Maryland as a Professional Counselor, a Clinical Supervisor, and a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am also a Diplomate in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and a United Methodist clergywoman. I was an affiliate faculty member of the Pastoral Counseling Department of Loyola University for 30 years.
